Their karaoke sound system is good, they have a pool table with spectacular players, they allow outside food to bring into the pub, they even have a smoking room for smokers - that’s definitely a very thoughtful gesture. A big shout out to all the staff members who have been an amazing host, all are friendly and attentive - we are always being welcomed and attended by their warm hospitality whenever we arrived. Special mention and thanks to Robert - he is such a genuine guy who cares about his customer’s safety. When we were about to leave the pub, he came to us and reminded us to be careful of the steps especially after so much of the drinking when walking down to the staircase. We were truly impressed and grateful for his kind hospitality and professionalism, he deserved well-praise for providing excellent service. Kudos to Robert! All in all, we had a wonderful and stress-free night with laughter. All the staffs were very joyful and committed to making us feel enjoyable and valued like a VIP.
